摘 要:转型背景下,后发企业同时面临技术和市场双重劣势,如何搜索外部知识实现技术和市场协同追赶备受关注。文章整合创新搜索、后发追赶和组织合法性理论,构建平行搜索对后发企业协同追赶的影响模型,并以212家企业的样本数据进行实证分析。结果表明:领先搜索与跟随搜索对后发企业协同追赶均有倒U形作用;外部合法性正向调节领先搜索与协同追赶的关系,负向调节跟随搜索与协同追赶的关系,内部合法性的调节作用则与之相反;内、外部合法性整合正向调节平行搜索与后发企业协同追赶的关系。文章丰富了平行搜索与后发追赶的相关研究,同时对中国后发企业实现创新跨越具有实践指导意义。Under the background of economic transformation,the late-comers are faced with both technology and market disadvantages.How to use external knowledge and resources to achieve the catching-up goal of technology and market has attracted much attention.Previous studies have discussed the catching-up problem from the perspectives of ambidextrous capability and ambidextrous innovation,but most of them equated the catching up of late-comers with technological catching-up.However,there are few empirical studies on the synergy mechanism of technology catching-up and market catching-up.It is necessary to explore the impact mechanism of parallel search(including leading search and following search)on synergistic catching-up(SCU)of late-comers,because parallel search is in line with the logic of solving similar technological innovation problems or entering the common market.Moreover,in the transitional economy,the effect of parallel search on catching-up of late-comers is affected by the recognition of stakeholders.How to use institutional support to break through the legitimacy constraints of different stakeholders to achieve catching-up still needs to be explored.Integrating the theories of innovation search,catching-up and organizational legitimacy,this study constructs the impact model of parallel search on SCU of late-comers.From the perspective of legitimacy context,the late-comers are faced with the pressure of external and internal stakeholders in parallel search activities,and there are differences between the two types of stakeholders’demands for innovation legitimacy.Therefore,this paper explores the moderating effects of external legitimacy,internal legitimacy,and the two types of legitimacy integration on SCU of late-comers.Data of 212 manufacturing enterprises in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are used to testify the research hypothesis with statistical methods,such as correlation analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and multilevel regression analysis.The results show that both leading searc
