摘  要:肠-肺轴(gut-lung axis)是近年研究热点之一,肺部疾病可伴随胃肠道症状,而胃肠道疾病亦可伴随肺部症状,近年研究发现诸多肺部疾病起源于肠道的相关循证依据。肠道菌群参与多种肺部疾病的发生发展,如慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、哮喘、反复肺炎和流感病毒感染等。目前还没有针对呼吸道病毒感染的特效药,但流感病毒和新型冠状病毒容易造成高发病率、高病死率和医疗资源的大量消耗。目前益生菌防治呼吸道病毒感染的临床证据不是太充分,而膳食纤维的补充可提高机体免疫力,因此本文阐述了肠-肺轴互作沟通机制,并对膳食纤维对机体的保护机制及相关动物实验的研究进行总结,以期为今后开展膳食纤维防治呼吸道感染尤其是呼吸道病毒感染提供佐证。Gut-lung axis is one of the research hotspots in recent years.Lung diseases can be accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms,and gastrointestinal diseases can also be accompanied by lung symptoms.In recent years,many lung diseases have been found to originate from gut on evidence-based basis.Intestinal flora is involved in the occurrence and development of many lung diseases,such as COPD,asthma,recurrent pneumonia,influenza virus infection,etc.At present,there is no specific drugs for respiratory virus infections.However,influenza viruses and new coronavirus are prone to cause high incidence rate,high mortality rate and waste of medical resources.Therefore,this paper expounded the mechanisms of gut-lung axis interaction and communication.Considering that the clinical evidence of probiotics for the prevention and treatment of respiratory virus infection is not sufficient,supplement of dietary fiber can improve the immunity of the body,and animal experiments have proved that the effect was more reliable,it is hoped that this paper can provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract infections,especially virus infection,with dietary fiber in the future.
