摘　　要：利用2019年上市公司年报对中国农业上市公司相关情况进行梳理,发现套期保值信息披露并不完整,大部分公司信息披露的程度较低,这种低程度的信息披露状况在投资者关系管理视角下将暴露一系列问题:上市公司不重视自愿性披露,缺乏与投资者互动沟通的渠道。为了改善农业上市公司套期保值信息披露质量差的现状以及拓宽信息披露的内容,进一步以投资者关系管理理论为依据,提出了完善强制性披露要求并鼓励自愿性披露,事前原则性披露与事后详尽披露相结合的信息披露模式。Based on the annual reports of listed companies in 2019,this paper sorted out the relevant situa⁃tion of listed agricultural companies in China,and found that the hedging information disclosure was in⁃complete,and most companies have a low level of disclosure,From the perspective of investor relations management,such low level of information disclosure will expose a series of problems:Listed companies do not pay attention to voluntary disclosure,lack of channels for interaction and communication with inves⁃tors.In order to improve the current situation of the poor quality of hedging information disclosure of agri⁃cultural listed companies and broaden the content of information disclosure,further based on investor rela⁃tions management theory,this paper puts forward consummating mandatory disclosure requirements and encouraging voluntary disclosure,combining disclosure in principle in advance with full disclosure after the fact,so that investors have a certain in-depth understanding of the company's hedging business.It not only reduces the possibility that listed companies may infringe the interests of investors by hedging,im⁃proves the value of the company,but also promotes the steady development of agricultural industry and maintains the stability of macro economy.
