摘  要:为了研究隧道开挖对既有高耸建筑物安全性的影响,以及开挖面有无平衡压力情况下对既有高耸建筑物的影响程度,本文结合广州市某隧道施工对既有高压电塔影响的工程实例,运用有限元软件建模分析隧道开挖过程对电塔的影响,并对比分析开挖面有无平衡压力情况下的计算结果。结果表明:隧道的开挖对电塔基础、地基及塔身均造成了影响,模拟计算得到的电塔塔身倾斜、塔基沉降、地基承载力及地基变形经验算后均满足规范要求;开挖面无平衡压力情况下的计算结果较有平衡压力情况影响幅度更大,研究认为应在施工过程中保证开挖面正常平衡压力,以控制开挖面变形和减少对隧道周围土体的扰动。通过隧道施工对既有电塔影响的实例研究,可为隧道施工对既有高耸建筑物影响的相关工程提供参考。In order to study the impact of tunnel excavation on the safety of existing towering buildings and the influence degree on them with or without equilibrium pressure on the excavation surface,this paper analyzes the impact of tunnel excavation on pylon by combining engineering example of the impact of a certain tunnel construction in Guangzhou on existing high-voltage pylon and by modeling with finite element software,and compares and analyzes the calculation results with or without equilibrium pressure on the excavation surface.The results show that tunnel excavation has an impact on the pylon foundation,foundation and pylon body,and that it is found after calculation that the inclination degree of the pylon body,the settlement of the pylon foundation,the bearing capacity and the deformation of the foundation obtained by simulation calculation all meet the requirements of the standard;the calculation results show that by comparison,excavation surface without equilibrium pressure have a greater impact on the existing high voltage pylon.The study believes that normal equilibrium pressure on the excavation surface should be ensured during the construction process to control the disturbance of the deformation and reduction of excavation surface to the surrounding soil.Case studies on the impact of tunnel construction on existing high-voltage pylon can provide references for related projects that have impacts on existing towering buildings due to tunnel construction.
