摘 要:针对矿石点云分割困难、精度低等问题,提出一种基于矿石堆坡度信息的矿石点云分割方法。首先根据坐标方位角求解出矿石堆不同坡向处的坡度,依据矿石堆坡度信息以及矿石堆坡面凹凸程度确定不同矿石点云裁剪平面;其次利用矿石堆点云与裁剪平面的空间位置关系进行点云裁剪;最后求取前后两次裁剪出的点云边界线,比较两边界线外接矩形的形状相似性确定出相邻矿石点云间的交界线,以提取出的交界线作为矿石点云分割的依据。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现不同形态矿石点云的有效分割。Aimed at the problems of difficulty and low accuracy of ore point cloud segmentation,a method of ore point cloud segmentation based on slope information of ore pile is proposed in the paper.Firstly,the slope of the ore pile at different slope directions is solved according to the coordinate azimuth.The cutting plane of different ore point clouds is determined according to the slope information of the ore pile and the degree of unevenness of the ore pile slope.Secondly,the point cloud is cut by using the spatial position relationship between the ore pile point cloud and the cutting plane.Finally,the point cloud boundary lines are obtained by cutting twice before and after.The boundary lines of adjacent ore point clouds are determined by comparing the shape similarity of the rectangle surrounding the two boundary lines.The extracted boundary lines are used as the data of ore point cloud segmentation.Experimental results show that this method can achieve effective segmentation of point clouds in different forms of ore.
