经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。方法56例乳腺纤维瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行乳晕切口手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量(30.20±3.41)ml少于对照组(50.56±5.78)ml,切口长度(2.25±0.14)cm、乳晕边缘切口瘢痕长度(0.82±0.18)cm、手术时间(32.26±6.35)min短于对照组的(3.12±0.72)cm、(2.83±0.98)cm、(39.13±7.25)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.43%高于对照组的75.00%,并发症发生率7.14%低于对照组的28.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予乳腺纤维瘤患者经乳晕切口手术治疗可以显著提升临床疗效,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treatment of breast fibroma through areola incision.Methods A total of 56 patients with breast fibroma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional surgical treatment,and the observation group underwent areola incision surgery.The surgical related indicators,therapeutic effects,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(30.20±3.41)ml of the observation group was less than(50.56±5.78)ml of the control group,and the incision length(2.25±0.14)cm,incision scar size at areola edge(0.82±0.18)cm and operation time(32.26±6.35)min were shorter than(3.12±0.72)cm,(2.83±0.98)cm and(39.13±7.25)min of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.43%in the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the complication rate 7.14%was lower than 28.57%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of breast fibroma through areola incision can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with high safety,and has the value of clinical promotion.
