利培酮联合阿立哌唑对脑器质性精神障碍患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的讨论利培酮联合阿立哌唑对脑器质性精神障碍患者认知功能的影响。方法80例脑器质性精神障碍患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,治疗组采用阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗1个月、3个月后的认知功能以及不良反应发生情况,结果治疗前、治疗1个月后、治疗3个月后治疗组患者的韦克斯勒记忆量表(WMS)评分分别为(77.02±3.46)、(85.48±6.53)、(91.42±5.58)分,对照组分别为(76.38±3.25)、(81.35±6.27)、(84.26±5.37)分。治疗前,两组患者WMS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3个月后,两组患者WMS评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率7.50%低于对照组的15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.127,P=0.288<0.05)。结论利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗脑器质性精神障碍患者有较高价值,可以改善患者的认知功能。Objective To discuss the effect of risperidone combined with aripiprazole on cognitive function of patients with brain organic mental disorder.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain organic mental disorder were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the treatment group was treated with aripiprazole and risperidone.The cognitive function before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,the Wexler memory scale(WMS)scores were(77.02±3.46),(85.48±6.53),(91.42±5.58)points,respectively in the treatment group,which were(76.38±3.25),(81.35±6.27),(84.26±5.37)points in the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in WMS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,WMS scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 7.50%in the treatment group was lower than 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.127,P=0.288<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone in combination with aripiprazole has high value in the treatment of brain organic mental disorder,and it can improve the cognitive function of patients.
