摘 要:通过文献资料查阅发现高校公共体育教学实验成果能有效提高教学效果,而实际教学中却普遍采用“传统教学方法”.通过系统分析发现,实验方法教学效果与教师和学生额外努力投入有关.现实教学中,教师和学生受周围因素干扰和自身惰性、能力影响,系统在多轮循环、试探和较量中达到教师非额外努力下的教学与学生非努力下的学习之间的平衡,从而失去拼搏向前的动力.它可以通过改变目标作用对象、分解目标、分层对待和系统规划等方法确定目标,降低长远教学目标对学生和教师的压力;通过丰富网络教学资源、鼓励和规划结伴学习、规范强化体育社团等渠道提升学生学习、教师授课的能力,进而减轻落实教学实验成果的难度.Through literature review,it is found that the experimental results of public physical education in colleges and universities can effectively improve the teaching effect.However,traditional teaching methods are widely used in actual teaching.Through systematic analysis,it is found that the teaching effect of the experimental method is related to the extra effort of teachers and students.Yet in real teaching,teachers and students are affected by the interference of surrounding factors and their own inertia and ability,so the system reaches a balance between teachers’teaching without extra efforts and students’learning without efforts in multiple rounds of cycles,trials and competitions,and loses the motivation to strive forward.In order to reduce the pressure of long-term teaching goals on students and teachers,the goals can be determined by changing the target,decomposing the target,treating them hierarchically and systematically.Through enriching network teaching resources,encouraging and planning group learning,standardizing and strengthening sports clubs and other channels,students’learning and teachers’teaching ability can be improved,so as to reduce the difficulties of implementing teaching experiment methods.
