摘 要:土地资源短缺一直是我国建设发展过程中的阻碍,为了提高土地的利用率,高层房屋建筑的建设可以有效的解决这一问题。高层房屋建筑的建设过程存在着风险因素繁多且识别难度大等问题,并且高层房屋建筑拥有建设周期长,施工难度大,安全隐患多,各参与方众多等特点。本文将针对其在建设过程中的这些特点,建立工作分解结构法-风险分解结构法耦合矩阵(WBS-RBS)对高层房屋建筑的建设过程进行风险识别,同时说明与分析存在的各种风险因素,为高层房屋建筑的风险管理提供有效的参考依据。The shortage of land resources has always been an obstacle in the process of construction and development in China.In order to improve the utilization rate of land,the construction of high-rise buildings can effectively solve this problem.There are many risk factors and difficult identification problems in the construction process of high-rise housing construction,and high-rise housing construction has the characteristics of long construction period,difficult construction,many security risks,many participants and so on.In view of these characteristics in the construction process,this paper establishes the coupling matrix of work decomposition structure method-risk decomposition structure method(WBS-RBS)to identify the risks in the construction process of high-rise building,and explains and analyzes the existing risk factors to provide effective reference for the risk management of high-rise building.
