摘  要:为了评定我国沙棘属植物主要种(亚种)的果实黄酮含量,对采自西藏、新疆、青海、甘肃等地野生的8个种(亚种),取果实样品28个,用分光光度法测定了果肉、籽和全果3类的干基总黄酮含量指标,发现柳叶沙棘、云南沙棘的干全果、干果肉黄酮含量最高,柳叶沙棘的干籽黄酮含量最高,而肋果沙棘、蒙古沙棘、中亚沙棘的干全果总黄酮含量相近且较低。考虑到目前我国人工种植沙棘情况,结合果实产量,建议在东北地区主推蒙古沙棘,新疆主推蒙古沙棘和中亚沙棘,黄土高原和冀北、辽西地区主推中国沙棘,西藏主推中亚沙棘和江孜沙棘,用于建立黄酮用沙棘工业原料林;同时应积极探索和推动沙棘果实总黄酮含量最高的柳叶沙棘和云南沙棘的人工种植,逐步扩大种植区域,从而在我国沙棘种植地区,即可充分发挥沙棘属植物显著的生态功能,又可重点开发各类沙棘保健产品和药品,切实推动沙棘种植地区经济社会的高质量发展。The fruits of 28 samples from 8 species and sub-species were collected from natural resources locations in Tibet,Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,to analyze the total flavonoids of them with the Spectrophotometric method,which showed that the total flavonoids of dried pulp and dried fruits of H.salicifolia and H.r.ssp.yunnanensis were at the highest level among all the samples,and the total flavonoids of dried seeds of H.salicifolia was the highest,whereas the total flavonoids of dried fruits of H.Neurocarpa,H.r.ssp.mongolica,and H.r.ssp.turkestanica were at the least level with similar data.In consideration of the artificial afforestation of Genus Hippophae in China,the suggestions of fruits resources forests should be established from H.r.ssp.mongolica in the Northeastern China,H.r.ssp.mongolica and H.r.ssp.turkestanica in Xinjiang,Hippophae rhamnoides.ssp.sinensis in the Loess Plateau,Northern Hebei,and Western Liaoning,and H.r.ssp.turkestanica and H.gyantsensis in the Tibet,to get more fruits for making functional products.The introduction experiments of H.salicifolia and H.r.ssp.yunnanensis which had the highest total flavonoids should be carried out in the fruits in potential suitable areas to expand the planting ranges.Thus both the eco-construction and the healthy and drug products developments of seabuckthorn should be put into practice for accelerating the pace of quality development of economic society in the seabuckthorn planting areas in China.
