摘　　要：甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率不断上升,发病年龄越来越年轻化,备受社会和医疗界的关注,其中最常见的病理类型为甲状腺乳头状癌.目前,临床研究与流行病学调查发现与甲状腺癌密切相关的一些因素,如种族、遗传、地区、性别、放射性辐射史及碘的异常摄入等,然而其具体发病机制尚未明确;与此同时,甲状腺乳头状癌的淋巴结转移率高达40%~90%,近年来其生物学特性向更具侵袭性的方向转变;因此,亟需探索新的分子标志物来预测肿瘤的侵袭性及预后.微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)通过作用于甲状腺癌的相关信号通路,调控其生物学行为,从而发挥促癌或抑癌的作用.本文阐述了不同microRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达水平、相关信号通路以及对肿瘤发挥的作用,为甲状腺乳头状癌的分子诊断、靶向治疗及预测预后提供相应依据.Thyroid cancer is one of the most common endocrine malignancies.In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer is on the rise,and the age of onset is getting younger and younger,which has attracted much attention from the social and medical circles.Among them,the most common pathological type is papillary thyroid cancer.At present,clinical studies and epidemiological investigations have found that there are some factors closely related to thyroid cancer,such as race,heredity,region,gender,history of radiation and abnormal iodine intake,etc.,but the specific pathogenesis is not clear yet.At the same time,the lymph node metastasis rate of papillary thyroid carcinoma is as high as 40%to 90%.In recent years,the biological characteristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma have changed to a more aggressive direction.Therefore,it is urgent to explore new molecular markers to predict the invasion and prognosis of tumors.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)regulate the biological behavior of thyroid cancer by acting on the signaling pathways related to thyroid cancer,thus playing a role in promoting or suppressing cancer.In this paper,the expression levels of different microRNAs in papillary thyroid carcinoma,related signaling pathways,and their roles in tumors were described,so as to provide the corresponding basis for molecular diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis prediction of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
