Thyroid Carcinoma(TC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the endocrine system. In recent years, the incidence trend has been rapid, and it has posed a major threat to human life and health.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of evolutionary highly conserved, endogenous single-stranded non-coding small RNA,which plays an important role in the metabolic process of a variety of organisms, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and signaling. The transduction pathway is closely related to the highly aggressive thyroid cancer.Previous studies have reported that miRNA content is abnormally expressed in the circulating blood of patients with various types of malignant tumors, and can be used as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes to participate in the development and development of tumors. It is expected to become a new target for tumor diagnosis and drug treatment in the future. This article summarizes the latest research progress of miRNAs related to thyroid tumors.
