以学生为中心的护理虚拟仿真实验教学评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的构建以学生为中心的护理虚拟仿真实验教学评价指标体系,提高护理实验教学质量和人才培养质量。方法采用文献分析法、质性访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、问卷调查法确立以学生为中心的护理虚拟仿真实验教学评价指标体系。结果通过两轮专家函询及层次分析法对各级指标权重进行分析,最终确立了护理虚拟仿真实验教学评价指标体系包括教学设施、教学方案、教学内容、教学方法、效果评价一级指标5项、二级指标13项和三级指标51项。结论构建的指标体系信效度良好,对提高护理实验教学质量具有较好的实践意义。Objective To construct a student-centered evaluation index system of nursing virtual simulation experiment teaching,and improve the quality of nursing experiment teaching and personnel training.Methods Literature analysis,qualitative interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey were used to establish the student-centered evaluation index system of nursing virtual simulation experiment teaching.Results Through two rounds of expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation index system of nursing virtual simulation experiment teaching was established,including teaching facilities,teaching programs,teaching contents,teaching methods and effect evaluation(5 first level indexes,13 second level indexes and 51 third level indexes).Conclusion The index system has good reliability and validity,which has good practical significance for improving the quality of nursing experimental teaching.
