研学旅行融入社区青少年教育的实践路径研究

摘　　要：社区青少年教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是推进社区建设的重要内容,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体,是提升青少年综合素质的重要途径。将研学旅行融入社区青少年教育,能够推动实现社区教育与学校教育、家庭教育的有效衔接和良好互动,是突破社区青少年教育现实困境的有利举措。结合社区青少年教育现有问题,提出了明确政府主导作用、提高教师能力水平、架构精品研学课程、打造长效管理机制等实践路径。Community youth education is an important part of education in China,an important content to promote community construction,an important carrier to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of young people.Integrating research and study travel into community youth education can promote the effective connection and good interaction among community education,school education and family education,which is a favorable measure to break through the practical dilemma of community youth education.Combining with the existing problems of community youth education,this paper proposes some practical paths,such as clarifying the leading role of the government,improving the level of teachers ability,constructing high-quality research courses,and creating long-term management mechanism.
