摘　　要：高质量的教育实习,需要高水准的实习指导。正在推进的师范类专业认证工作,以及现代信息技术与持续抗击新冠疫情,都迫切要求构建一种高效的教育实习指导机制。这种机制旨在通过要素协同产生增效,具体实施途径包括校地协同、校校协同、师师协同、师生协同、线上线下协同等五个方面。High quality education practice needs high level of practice guidance. The promotion of teacher certification and modern information technology and sustained resistance against COVID-19 are pressing for the establishment of an effective guidance mechanism for teaching practice. This mechanism aims to produce efficiency through factor synergy, and the specific implementation ways include school local collaboration, school-school collaboration, teacherteacher collaboration, teacher-student collaboration, online and offline collaboration.
