摘 要:近年来高校大学生的身体素质逐年下降,国务院、教育部和国家体育总局已经注意到这一现象并制定了一系列促进大学生身体素质的政策。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对高校乐跑运动进行研究,找出乐跑应遵循的科学原则,并探讨乐跑应注意的事项,助力乐跑在高校的发展。以期能培养大学生对乐跑运动的兴趣爱好,从而提高大学生身体素质的发展。研究发现:高校乐跑对大学生有九大益处;科学乐跑需要遵循3个原则;安全乐跑有6个方面的注意事项。高校乐跑项目对大学生身体素质的提升有着非常重要的作用,值得在高校体育教育中大力推广。In recent years, the physical quality of college students has been declining year by year. The State Council,The Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China have noticed this phenomenon and formulated a series of policies to promote the physical quality of college students. This paper uses the methods of literature, expert interview, and mathematical statistics method, to study the running of colleges and universities sports,find the scientific running principles, and to explore the precautions of LEPAO in order to promote the development of LEPAO in universities. The purpose of this study is to cultivate college students’ interest in running so as to improve their physical quality. The study found that: University happy running has nine major benefits to college students;scientific happy running needs to follow 3 principles;safe happy running has 6 precautions. The LEPAO in colleges plays a very important role in the improvement of college students’ physical quality, which is worthy of vigorously promoting in college physical education.
