摘  要:针对多部件设备进行维护时未考虑需要拆卸的问题,建立了一种基于拆卸序列的多部件设备机会维护策略模型。首先,以拆卸混合图表示部件间的拆卸序列,进而得出各部件的拆卸时间和拆卸成本;然后针对各部件的衰退过程,结合役龄递减因子和故障率递增因子的混合故障率来描述各部件的衰退特性;其次,在此基础上,以设备的机会维护时间窗为决策变量,在设备满足一定可用度的情况下,以设备在有限运行时间内的最低维护成本为优化目标,求解设备的最优预防维护计划;最后,通过数值仿真分析,验证所提出的多部件设备机会维护策略的有效性。This paper developed an opportunistic maintenance strategy model of multi-component equipment based on disassembly sequence for the problem that disassembly is not considered in the maintenance of multi-component equipment.Firstly,it represented the disassembly sequence by the disassembly mixture diagram,and then obtained the disassembly time and cost of each component.It described the failure characteristics of each component by combining the mixed failure rate of decreasing service age factor and increasing failure rate factor according to the decline process of each component.Secondly,on this basis,it solved the optimal preventive maintenance plan with the equipment opportunity window as the decision variable and the lowest maintenance cost as the goal under the condition that the equipment met certain availability.Finally,through numerical si-mulation analysis,it verified the effectiveness of the proposed multi-component opportunistic maintenance strategy.
