大学生网络成瘾的成因与干预方式研究

摘　　要：本文将就大学生上网成瘾这一现象进行分析,并结合具体事例和调查、走访对造成这一现象的原因进行深入了解,分析了造成当前大学生网络成瘾诸多方面的因素,并就其中的大学生自身认知和学校的教育、管理、引导等方面的因素进行了深入探讨。以期对高校学生网络成瘾现象有一个更加全面的了解和认识,同时根据以往做学生工作所积累的经验并结合当前高校的实际情况,对大学生网络成瘾的干预方式进行了比较深入的研究,以获得一些经验和方法来指导实际工作。This paper will analyze the phenomenon of college students’ Internet addiction, deeply understand the causes of this phenomenon combined with specific examples, investigations and visits, analyze the factors causing college students’ Internet addiction, and deeply explore the factors of college students’ own cognition and school education,management and guidance. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of college students’ Internet addiction, according to the experience accumulated in doing student work in the past and combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities, this paper makes a more in-depth study on the intervention methods of college students’ Internet addiction, so as to obtain some experience and methods to guide the actual work.
