摘　　要：通过将思政教育融入高校太极拳课堂教学全过程后,大学生爱国主义、勇于拼搏、努力奋斗精神显著提高,学生思想品德、法律法规意识、社会道德方面的素养得到了发展和增强,学生综合素质、文化修养、理想信念大大提升.在突出太极拳中攻防含义的教学创新理念下,学生学习太极拳的兴趣大幅提高,增强了学生身体素质和学习效果,使学生身心也得到了全面发展,体会到太极"以柔克刚,以静带动,以圆化直,以小胜大,以弱胜强"的特点,促进了学生对太极拳这一传统文化的了解,学生正确认识了自我,提高了学生间团结协作的精神,最终为学生的终身体育锻炼打下基础.After integrating ideological and political education into the whole process of Taijiquan classroom teaching in colleges and universities,college students’patriotism,courage to struggle and hard work spirit have been significantly improved,students’Ideological and moral qualities,awareness of laws and regulations and social morality have been developed and enhanced,and students’comprehensive quality,cultural cultivation and ideals and beliefs have been greatly improved.Under the innovative teaching concept of highlighting the meaning of attack and defense in Taijiquan,students’interest in learning Taijiquan has greatly increased,which has enhanced students’physical quality and learning effect,and made students’physical and mental development in an all-round way.They have realized the characteristics of Taijiquan that"softness overcomes hardness,static drives,roundness and straightness,small wins the big,and weak wins the strong",it promotes students’understanding of the traditional culture of Taijiquan,students have a correct understanding of themselves,improves the spirit of unity and cooperation among students,and finally lays a foundation for students’lifelong physical exercise.
