摘  要:SnO_(2)作为广泛应用于高端电子陶瓷材料领域的重要金属氧化物半导体,自身性能也影响着终端材料的性能,因此,通过对比分析四家国内外公司市售的SnO_(2)粉体的晶相、粒度分布、比表面积、形貌及杂质成分来观察产品的差异。结果表明,四种SnO_(2)粉体颗粒均为纯四方晶系结构,但A、B两国外公司的SnO_(2)粉体颗粒在粒度、比表面积、分散能力和杂质方面均优于C、D两国产的SnO_(2)粉体,其中A公司作为在SnO_(2)高端领域的垄断地位,国内SnO_(2)生产商可以对标A公司的SnO_(2)标准,改进自身产品的制备工艺,提高SnO_(2)产品质量,增强市场竞争力。SnO_(2) is an important metal oxide semiconductor,which is widely used in the field of high-end electronic ceramic materials,and its performance also affects the performance of terminal materials.Therefore,the differences of products were observed by analyzing the crystal phase,particle size distribution,specific surface area,morphology and impurity composition of four SnO_(2) powders sold at home and abroad.The results show that the four kinds of SnO_(2) powder particles are pure tetragonal structure,but the SnO_(2) powder particles of foreign companies A and B are better than domestics C and D SnO_(2) powders in particle size,specific surface area,dispersion ability and impurities.Among them,company A has a monopoly position in the high-end field of SnO_(2).Domestic SnO_(2) manufacturers can improve the preparation process of their products,improve the quality of SnO_(2) products and enhance their market competitiveness based on the SnO_(2) standard of company A.
