摘　　要：系统总结了PVDC用作基板材料的专利技术现状。通过专利技术来源国/地区排名、目标市场国/地区排名分析,找到了该技术在全球范围内的专利布局;通过专利主要申请人技术分布分析,得出了主要的申请人高通股份有限公司重点布扃G06K9技术领域;通过专利申请趋势分析,得出了该技术在2018年进人集中布局、2020年新的创新点已很难找到的结论。指出PVDC在太阳能基板、主动式矩阵驱动基板薄膜装置中具有广阔的发展前景。'The status of patents of PVDC used for substrate materials were summarized systematically.Through analyzing the patent technology source country/region ranking and the target market coun-txy/region ranking,the global layout of patents of the technology was found.Through analyzing the technology distribution of the major patent applicants,it was found that the main applicant Qualcomm Co.,Ltd.focused on the technology field of G06K9.The patent application trends showed that the patent layout of this technology entered the centralized layout in 2018 and it was difficult to find new innovations in 2020.It was indicated that PVDC had broad development prospects in solar backplanes and thin film devices with active matrix drive substrates.
