摘　　要：介绍了硫酸净化粗乙炔装置中硫酸泵的运行状况,详细分析了硫酸泵机械密封泄漏原因,并提出了解决措施,确保了生产系统的安全、稳定、连续运行。The operation conditions of sulfuric acid pump in the unit of crude acetylene purifying with sulfuric acid was introduced.Causes for the leakage of mechanical seals of sulfuric acid pumps were analyzed in detail,and the solutions were proposed,and thus the safe,stable and continuous operation of the production system was ensured.
