摘　　要：产学合作"两张皮"、"合而不深"是当前大陆高职院校产学合作的痛点,导致这一现象的重要原因在于合作路径的缺失。本文将组织"边界跨越"理论引入产学合作过程分析,基于我国台湾地区技职院校产学合作的嵌入式单案例分析,探索产学合作双方如何从"陌路人"转变为"深度合作者",并提出了产学合作"边界跨越"的一般路径。The"Shallow-level collaborating"is the main problem of UIC in Chinese mainland,which is caused by the lack of cooperative path.This paper introduces the theory of"boundary-crossing"into the process analysis of UIC based on the embedded single case analysis of UIC in Taiwan’s technical and vocational colleges.The paper explores the key problem of how the participants of UIC can change from"stranger"to"deep level collaborator",and puts forward the path of the"boundary-crossing"of UIC.
