摘  要:人才培养是高校存在之本,是高校的"首要职能"和"根本职能"。在我国社会经济发展转向高质量发展的新阶段,高校人才培养能否适应新时代新要求再度引发全社会的普遍关注。反思目前我国高校的人才培养方式,批判性思维缺失、学科知识单一、阅读能力不足等问题深刻影响着我国高校的人才培养质量。在规范研究的基础上,应从教育行政主管部门、高校、教师等多角度强化大学生批判性思维培养、加强多学科知识传授、重视大学生阅读习惯养成,以期解决我国高校人才培养的痛点、短板和软肋,提高人才培养质量,推动实现高等教育高质量发展。Talent cultivation is not only the existential foundation but also the primary and fundamental function of colleges and universities.In the new stage when China’s socio-economic development is transitioning to high-quality growth,whether the talent cultivation of college and universities can adapt to the requirements of the new era has aroused the general concern of the whole society.Reflecting on the current talent training methods,this paper has found that the quality of talent cultivation in Chinese colleges and universities is deeply affected by the lack of critical thinking,single subject knowledge and insufficient reading ability.Based on normative research,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of critical thinking,intensify the imparting of multidisciplinary knowledge,and stress the cultivation of reading habits from the perspectives of educational administrative departments,universities and teachers.The aim is to solve the existing problems of talent cultivation in Chinese colleges and universities,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
