摘　　要：文章以拟上市企业发展为研究切入点,在阐述拟上市企业环保核查重要性的基础上,遵照习近平总书记在新时期的指导思想,以改善环境质量为核心,就拟上市企业环保核查思路、注意要点进行分析探究。Based on the study of the development of the listed companies,this paper expounds the importance of environmental verification of the listed companies,and in line with general secretary Xi Jinping’s guiding ideology in the new era,takes the improvement of the environmental quality as the core.Analyze and explore the ideas and points of attention for environmental protection inspections of companies to be listed.
