乳腺超声对女性乳腺疾病的筛查效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺超声女性乳腺疾病的筛查效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月100例于笔者所在医院实施健康体检的疑似患有乳腺疾病的患者为研究对象。所有患者均实施乳腺钼靶检查和乳腺超声检查,以临床随访结果为金标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断符合率,分析乳腺疾病的超声征象。结果:临床随访结果显示,100例患者中乳腺增生28例,占比28%,乳腺囊肿21例,占比21%,乳腺纤维瘤14例,占比14%,乳腺炎32例,占比32%,乳腺癌5例,占比5%。而乳腺超声的乳腺炎诊断符合率87.50%,乳腺增生92.85%,乳腺囊肿90.47%,乳腺纤维瘤92.85%,乳腺癌100%,明显高于乳腺钼靶的65.62%、87.85%、61.90%、57.17%及40.00%(P<0.05)。超声征象方面,乳腺增生超声诊断可见腺体有不均匀回声,且明显增厚,边界清晰,组织内存在单个或数个低回声结节;乳腺囊肿与乳腺纤维瘤则呈现为囊状均匀回声,结构边界与层次清晰,内部可见低回声圆形或椭圆形肿块,回声均匀,边界清晰,包膜完整;乳腺癌边界模糊,肿块回声较强,且有毛刺征。结论:乳腺超声筛查女性乳腺疾病的效果较好,具有较高的诊断符合率,可将其作为妇女乳腺疾病筛查的依据,应予以推广。Objective:To investigate the screening effect of breast ultrasound on female breast diseases.Method:From January 2018 to January 2020,100 cases of suspected patients with breast disease who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Mammography examination and breast ultrasound examination were performed in all patients.The clinical follow-up results were taken as the gold standard.The accuracy of the two methods was compared and the signs of breast ultrasound were analyzed.Result:Clinical follow-up results showed that among 100 patients,28 cases of breast hyperplasia,accounting for 28%,21 cases of breast cysts,accounting for 21%,14 cases of breast fibroids,accounting for 14%,and 32 cases of mastitis,accounting for 32%.There were 5 cases of breast cancer,accounting for 5%.The diagnostic coincidence rate of breast ultrasound for mastitis was 87.50%,breast hyperplasia 92.85%,breast cyst 90.47%,breast fibroma 92.85%,and breast cancer 100%,which were significantly higher than 65.62%,87.85%,61.90%57.17%and 40.00%of breast mammography(P<0.05).In terms of ultrasound signs,ultrasound diagnosis of breast hyperplasia showed that the glands had uneven echoes,with obvious thickening,clear boundaries,and single or several hypoechoic nodules in the tissue;breast cysts and breast fibroids showed cystic uniform echoes.The structure boundary and level were clear,and there was a hypoechoic round or oval mass inside,with uniform echo,clear boundary,and complete capsule;breast cancer had blurred boundaries,strong echo,and burr signs.Conclusion:Breast ultrasound screening effect of female breast disease is better,has a high accuracy,it can be used as the basis of breast disease screening,should be promoted.
