摘 要:从工业实际过程应用角度出发,为解决干燥器冷吹、升温及恒温等再生过程平稳运行,将控制对象物理特性与PID控制器工作原理相结合,提出一种干燥器再生过程冷热混合物料温度与流量的解耦控制新方法。该方法可实现再生气流量和温度同时平稳跟踪到目标设定值,确保干燥器再生过程平稳进行,有利于提升干燥器再生效率及催化剂寿命。文中对新提出的解耦控制方法进行同向和反向测试,测试结果表明该解耦控制方法良好的通用性和有效性,确保混合后物料实现升降量和升降温各个方向的无超调快速跟踪性能。将该方法通过组态编程在DCS控制系统实现,并应用到乙烯装置工艺干燥器再生过程中,表现了良好的解耦性能,实践验证文中提出新解耦方法的有效性。From the perspective of practical industrial process applications,the physical characteristics of the control object was combined with the working principle of the PID controller in order to solve the smooth operation of the regeneration process of the dryer,such as cold blowing,heating and constant temperature.A new decoupling control method of analytical solution for temperature and flow rate of hot and cold mixed materials in dryer regeneration process was proposed.This method can realize the flow and temperature of regeneration gas track to the setpoint value simultaneously,and ensure the smooth progress of the dryer regeneration process,which is beneficial to improve the regeneration efficiency of the dryer and the life of the catalyst.In this paper,the newly proposed decoupling control method was tested in the same direction and in the reverse direction.The test results show that the decoupling control method has good versatility and effectiveness,ensuring the track performance which the mixed material achieves no overshoot in each direction of heating up and cooling,increasing and reducing flow.This method was implemented in the DCS control system through configuration programming and applied to the regeneration process for dryer of the ethylene unit.It shows good decoupling performance.The practical application verifies the effectiveness of the new decoupling method proposed in this paper.
