摘　　要：目的评价3%地夸磷索钠(DQS)滴眼液对干眼患者的疗效和安全性。方法选取199例干眼患者作为研究对象。进行裂隙灯显微镜、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)、泪液分泌实验(SⅠT)、眼部症状和日常生活问卷(EDQS)检查。使用3%DQS滴眼液单药治疗,对比基线、治疗2周、1个月时检测指标。结果干眼患者在治疗后CFS评分、BUT、SⅠT、EDQS得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗前、治疗2周和治疗1个月的CFS评分、BUT及EDQS得分两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),SⅠT治疗前与治疗后2周和治疗后1个月,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗后2周与治疗后1个月相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.362)。治疗过程中3%DQS滴眼液具有良好的安全性。结论3%DQS滴眼液可延长BUT,促进干眼患者的泪液分泌,增强泪膜的稳定性,缓解干眼症状,改善患者的主观感受,治疗过程安全,无不良反应,可应用于干眼患者的治疗。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3%diquafosol tetrasodium eye drops(DQS)in dry eye patients.Methods Totally 199 patients with dry eye disease were enrolled in this study.Patients were examined as follows:slit lamp microscope,corneal fluorescein staining(CFS),break-up time(BUT),schirmer I test(SⅠT),dry eye related quality of life score(EDQS).Visits and data collection were conducted during the first two weeks and one month of treatment,respectively.Upon completion of three tests,test indices were compared.Results Differences in CFS,BUT,SⅠT,and EDQS scores in dry eye patients after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.001).Differences in CFS score before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 1 month after treatment were all statistically significant(P<0.001).Comparison of SⅠT before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,or before treatment and 1 month after treatment yielded statistically significant(P<0.001)differences,The difference between 2 weeks after treatment and 1 month after treatment was not statistically significant(P=0.362).Three percent DQS drops demonstrated good safety in patients.Conclusion The use of 3%DQS eye drops can prolong tear film rupture time,promoting tear secretion by dry eye patients,enhancing tear film stability,alleviating dry eye symptoms,and improving patients’subjective feelings.The treatment process is safe,without known side effects,and can be used to treat dry eye patients.
