摘 要:为了解决岩石破裂过程中的拉破裂与剪破裂两种破裂类型的高效识别问题,提出一种基于声发射Wigner-Ville时频图的岩石拉、剪破裂智能识别方法。该方法首先通过岩石的巴西圆盘试验和直剪试验,获得了与拉破裂、剪破裂对应的声发射撞击信号,进而绘制拉破裂与剪破裂的Wigner-Ville时频图,由此构建以Wigner-Ville时频图为特征的训练样本和测试样本;然后,利用训练和测试样本,建立了拉破裂与剪破裂自动识别的支持向量机(SVM)模型,实现了基于声发射Winger-Ville时频图的岩石拉、剪破裂过程智能识别,并利用所建模型对双轴压缩条件下的灰岩拉、剪破裂过程进行识别,揭示了双轴压缩条件下灰岩张拉破裂到剪切破裂的拉、剪演化过程。研究结果表明,该方法具有识别精确度高、简单、实用的特点。In order to achieve high-efficiency identification of two types of fractures,tensile fracture and shear fracture during rock failure,an intelligent method based on AE Wigner-Ville time-frequency diagram is proposed.This method first obtains AE hits corresponding to tensile fracture and shear fracture through the Brazilian disc test and direct shear test of the rock,and then the Wigner-Ville time-frequency diagram of tensile fracture and shear fracture are plotted,respectively.Wigner-Ville time-frequency diagrams are used for establishing the training samples and testing samples.Subsequently,by using the training and testing samples,a support vector machine(SVM)model for automatic identification of tensile and shear fracture is established based on the AE Winger-Ville time-frequency diagram.The model is used to identify the limestone tensile and shear fracture processes under biaxial compression and reveal the tensile and shear evolution of limestone from tensile fracture to shear fracture.The research results show that the method has the characteristics of high recognition accuracy,simplicity and practicality.
