摘 要:提出以设计时速为基准的路网行程时间可靠性的计算方法,建立基于延迟系数的行程时间可靠性模型,探究在不同失效策略下,路网行程时间可靠性的变化规律.以高速公路网为例,利用对偶法对高速公路网进行拓扑结构建模,计算拓扑网络中的节点度,设置路网连通可靠性、行程时间可靠性和道路阻断及拥挤状态下的路网可靠性三种情景,分析不同情景下路网可靠性的变化规律.结果表明:与以往的模型相比,基于延迟系数的高速公路网行程时间可靠性模型可准确有效地反映其路网在不同失效模式下的运行特性.随着低速道路的条数增加,路网行程时间可靠性降低.行程时间系数和延迟系数均达到最小值时,此时的路网行程时间可靠性的值最大.The calculation method of road network travel time reliability based on design speed is proposed, and the travel time reliability model based on delay coefficient is established to explore the variation rule of road network travel time reliability under different failure strategies. Taking the freeway network as an example, the duality method is used to model the topological structure of the freeway network, calculate the node degree in the topological network and set the reliability of the road network connectivity, travel time reliability and the road network in the road blocking and congestion state. The change law of road network reliability under different scenarios is also analyzed. The results show that, compared with the previous models, the travel time reliability model of the freeway network based on the delay coefficient can accurately and effectively reflect the operating characteristics of its road network under different failure modes. As the number of low-speed roads is increased, the reliability of the road network travel time is decreased. When the travel time coefficient and the delay coefficient both reach the minimum value, the reliability of the road network travel time reliability at this time is the largest.
