摘 要:以章动面齿轮传动为研究对象,取任意一对啮合齿轮副,建立点接触形式下Herschel-Bulkley模型的弹流润滑数学分析模型.讨论了模数、章动角、压力角和齿数对膜厚和压力的影响.结果表明:模数、章动角和压力角增加,固定侧和转动侧的膜厚均增加.但增加面齿轮齿数,固定侧和转动侧的膜厚均降低.在章动面齿轮传动基本参数的合理设计范围内,适当增加齿轮模数,章动角和压力角,减少面齿轮齿数有利于润滑性能的提高.Taking nutation drive with face gears as the research object, any pair of meshing gear pairs is chosen, and elastohydrodynamic lubrication mathematical analysis model of Herschel-Bulkley model under point contact is established. The effects of the modulus, nutation angle, pressure angle and number of gear teeth on the film thickness and pressure are discussed. The results show that the film thickness on both the fixed and rotating side is increased with increasing modulus, nutation angle and pressure angle. However, the film thickness on both the fixed and rotating sides is decreased when the number of face gears teeth is increased. Within a reasonable design range of basic parameters of the nutation drive with face gears, properly increasing the gear modulus, nutation angle and pressure angle, reducing the number of face gears teeth is conducive to the improvement of its lubrication performance.
