摘 要:以产教融合为背景,借鉴相关文献资料,结合CIPP模型的4种评价指标,从用人单位的角度,创新性地建立了新型本科人才培养质量评价指标体系;采用层次分析法确定一级指标和二级指标的相对重要程度;运用模糊综合评价法对评价体系的合理性进行了验证;认为从用人单位角度构建本科人才培养质量评价指标体系,实质上是对本科人才培养的有效性、操作性、过程性评价,可形成全过程的闭环分析,具有高度的产教融合性。Taking the integration of industry-education as the background,this article establishes a new quality evaluation system of undergraduate talent cultivation quality from the perspective of employers by referring to relevant literature and combining with four evaluation indexes of CIPP model.It uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the relative importance of the primary and secondary indicators,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the rationality of the evaluation system.It is considered that the construction of the evaluation index system of undergraduate talent training quality from the perspective of employers is essentially the evaluation of the effectiveness,operability and process of undergraduate talent training,which can form a closed-loop analysis of the whole process and has a high degree of integration of industry-education.
