激光周边虹膜切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究激光周边虹膜切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法:2019年4月-2021年4月收治原发性闭角型青光眼患者150例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各75例。对照组采取常规药物治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上实施激光周边虹膜切除术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眼内压水平低于对照组,视力水平及中央前房深度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在原发性闭角型青光眼患者的治疗中采用激光周边虹膜切除术,能够发挥显著作用,可有效控制眼压水平,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laser peripheral iridectomy in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2021,150 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drugs.The observation group underwent laser peripheral iridectomy on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the intraocular pressure level was lower than that in the control group,and the visual acuity level and central anterior chamber depth were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was low,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma,laser peripheral iridectomy can play a significant role,effectively control the level of intraocular pressure,and has high clinical value.
