摘　　要：目的:比较everStick NET复合树脂纤维网修复与传统复合树脂充填治疗后牙垂直型食物嵌塞的临床疗效差异。方法:2017年10月-2018年9月收治单个后牙垂直型食物嵌塞患者112例,分为两组。对照组采用传统复合树脂充填;试验组采用everStick NET复合树脂纤维网修复。比较两组修复效果。结果:试验组修复后6个月及12个月治愈率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:eveStick NET复合树脂纤维网修复牙垂直型食物嵌塞,在6个月及12个月时可获得较为显著的短期治疗效果,可在临床治疗中推荐应用。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of everStick NET composite resin fiber mesh repair and traditional composite resin filling in the treatment of posterior vertical food impaction.Methods:From October 2017 to September 2018,112 patients with a single posterior vertical food impaction were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was filled with traditional composite resin.The experimental group was repaired with everStick NET composite resin fiber mesh.We compared the repair effects of the two groups.Results:The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 months and 12 months after repair,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:eveStick NET composite resin fiber mesh repairing vertical food impaction of teeth can obtain significant short-term therapeutic effects at 6 months and 12 months,and can be recommended for clinical treatment.
