摘 要:采用室内静态和动态土壤培养试验方法,研究了施用硫酸铵对新、老茶园土壤pH值、氮素转化和8种交换态金属离子含量的影响。静态试验结果表明:两种土壤pH值均随硫酸铵浓度增加而缓慢降低,且新茶园土壤pH值均高于老茶园土壤;新茶园土壤交换性铝含量随硫酸铵浓度增大而缓慢下降,而老茶园土壤受其影响较小。动态试验结果表明:经硫酸铵处理后,两种土壤pH值先下降至最小值后缓慢上升;新茶园土壤pH值与交换性铝含量呈负相关,而老茶园土壤交换性铝含量随时间延长而逐渐下降;两种土壤中交换性Cu、Se、Ca、Mg、Pb含量有着相同的变化趋势,即先降低后逐渐上升,且与pH值呈正相关;Mn含量与pH值呈负相关;新茶园土壤Fe含量在整个培养过程中变化不明显,而老茶园土壤中Fe含量先缓慢降低再升高。短期和长期动态试验结果表明:新、老茶园土壤铵态氮含量先下降后上升(短期)或者先上升后下降(长期);新、老茶园土壤硝态氮含量的短期和长期变化趋势与铵态氮相反。施用硫酸铵处理不同耕作时间茶园土壤pH值、氮素转化、金属离子含量的动态变化趋势基本一致,但新茶园土壤pH值和交换性铝含量的变化幅度高于老茶园土壤;在整个培养过程中新、老茶园土壤Fe含量的变化趋势不一致。The effects of pH value,nitrogen transformation and eight kinds of metal ions content on the application of ammonium sulfate in new and old tea soil were studied by indoor static and dynamic soil culture test methods.The results of static experiment showed that the pH value of the two soils decreased slowly with the increase of ammonium sulfate concentration,and the pH value of the new tea garden soil was higher than that of the old tea soil.The exchangeable Al content of the new tea garden soil decreased slowly with the increase of ammonium sulfate concentration,while the old tea soil was less affected.The results of dynamic experiment showed that after ammonium sulfate treatment,the pH value of two kinds of soil first decreased to the minimum value and then increased slowly.The exchangeable Al content of new tea soil was negatively correlated with the change of pH value,while the exchangeable Al content of old tea soil gradually decreased with the extension of treating time.The exchangeable Cu,Se,Ca,Mg and Pb in the two kinds of soil had the same change trend,that was first decreased and then increased gradually,and was positively correlated with pH value.Mn content was negatively correlated with pH value.The Fe content of the new tea soil did not change obviously in the whole culture process,but the Fe content of the old tea soil decreased slowly and then increased.The results of short-term and long-term dynamic experiments show that the NH_(4)^(+)-N content first decreases and then rises(short-term),and the NH_(4)^(+)-N first rises and then falls(long-term),both NH 4+-N content and NO_(3)^(-)-N content of soils are negatively correlated in short-term and long-term dynamic experiments.The dynamic change trend of pH,nitrogen transformation and metal ion content of tea garden soil treated with ammonium sulfate was basically the same.However,the changes of pH value and exchangeable aluminum in new tea garden soil were higher than that in old tea garden soil.During the whole cultivation process,the change trend of
