摘　　要：在推动民主的过程中,如何调动民主制度要素和组织结构的积极整合功能,形成民主社会的向心力,是当代民主政治发展面临的重要任务。但面对日益复杂的社会联系和多元化趋势,自由主义民主在政治整合方面的困境愈发明显,致使社会离心化、碎片化趋势加剧。中国特色社会主义民主的主体设定、经济基础和运行机制与自由主义民主有着根本区别,在政治整合中用人民逻辑取代个体逻辑,用合作共享逻辑取代冲突竞争逻辑,用政党引领逻辑取代选举驱动逻辑。这些特点使其在实践中形成了不同于西方社会的民主政治整合制度与机制,并因此在政治价值观念整合、政党整合、族际整合、社会结构整合等方面表现出明显的优势。In the process of promoting democracy,how to mobilize the positive integration function of democratic system elements and organizational structure to form the centripetal force of democratic society is an important task facing the development of contemporary democratic politics.However,in the face of increasingly complex social ties and diversification trends,the plight of liberal democracy in political integration is becoming more and more obvious,resulting in the intensification of the trend of social centrifugation and fragmentation.The subject setting,economic foundation and operation mechanism of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics are fundamentally different from liberal democracy.In political integration,people’s logic is used to replace individual logic,cooperation and sharing logic is used to replace conflict and competition logic,and political party leading logic is used to replace election driving logic.These characteristics make it form a democratic political integration system and mechanism different from western society in practice,and therefore show obvious advantages in the integration of political values,political parties,ethnic groups and social structure.
