摘 要:为缩短芹菜育苗周期,培育优质苗,促进周年生产和规模化生产,以芹菜(Apium graveolens‘)申芹2号’为试验材料,采用裂区试验设计法,以穴盘规格(288、128、72孔)为主因素,光强(25.84、74.12、137.03、165.19μmol/(m^(2)·s))为副因素设置试验,研究不同穴盘规格和光强对芹菜幼苗生长和品质的影响。结果表明,不同穴盘规格和光强均显著影响芹菜幼苗的形态生长和品质。同一光强条件下,穴盘规格为72孔时,芹菜幼苗的叶柄粗、总鲜重、总干重、地下部鲜干重、壮苗指数、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量显著高于128孔和288孔;株高和可溶性糖含量显著高于288孔,但与128孔差异不显著;可溶性蛋白、总酚和类黄酮含量显著低于128孔。同一穴盘规格条件下,随着光强的增强,幼苗株高、叶柄粗、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量呈负相关趋势;光强137.03μmol/(m^(2)·s)条件下,幼苗总干重、地下部干重、壮苗指数、可溶性糖、总酚、花青素和类黄酮显著高于其他光强,可溶性蛋白含量显著低于其他光强条件,幼苗植株总鲜重和地下部鲜重在165.19μmol/(m^(2)·s)条件下显著增加。穴盘规格和光强的交互作用也显著影响幼苗的品质和生长发育,其中72孔光强137.03μmol/(m^(2)·s)条件下,幼苗的干重和壮苗指数显著高于其他处理。本试验研究范围内,适宜芹菜高效育苗的条件为72孔穴盘、光强137.03μmol/(m2·s)。The paper aims to shorten the celery seedling cycle,cultivate high-quality seedlings,and promote annual production and large-scale production.In this experiment,celery(Apium graveolens)‘Shenqin No.2’was used as the test material,and the split zone test design method was adopted.We set the plug size(288,128,72-hole)as the main factor,and light intensity[25.84,74.12,137.03,165.19μmol/(m^(2)·s)]as the secondary factor,to study the effects of different plug size and light intensity on the growth and quality of celery seedlings.The results showed that different plug size and light intensity significantly affected the morphological growth and quality of celery seedlings.Under the same light intensity,when the plug size was 72-hole,the celery seedlings had significantly higher petiole thickness,total fresh weight,total dry weight,underground fresh weight,underground dry weight,index of strong seedling,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids than 128-hole and 288-hole;plant height and soluble sugar content were significantly higher than 288-hole,but not significantly different from 128-hole;soluble protein,total phenols and flavonoids content were significantly lower than 128-hole.Under the condition of the same plug size,with the increase of light intensity,plant height,petiole thickness,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid content of seedling showed a negative correlation trend.Under the condition of 137.03μmol/(m2·s),the total dry weight of seedlings,the dry weight of underground parts,strong seedling index,soluble sugars,total phenols,anthocyanins and flavonoids were significantly higher than other light intensities,and the soluble protein content was significantly lower than other light intensities.The total fresh weight and underground fresh weight of seedling increased significantly under the conditions of 165.19μmol/(m2·s).The interaction of plug size and light intensity also significantly affected the quality and growth of seedlings.Under the condition of 72-hole and 137.03μmol/(m2·s),the d
