摘　　要：目的分析企业送检化妆品毒理学安全性评价检测结果,为科学管理化妆品提供依据。方法对2017年度四川省疾病预防控制中心受理的化妆品按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)相关检验方法进行检测和评价,并对所得数据进行描述性统计分析。结果进口非特殊化妆品占2017年度受理的化妆品的84.0%。19.1%的发用类产品的一次皮肤刺激试验结果为轻刺激,52.4%的发用类产品的眼睛刺激结果为微刺激。18.5%的护肤品的一次皮肤刺激试验结果为轻刺激,25.3%的护肤品的眼睛刺激结果为微刺激。10.0%的彩妆类产品的多次皮肤刺激试验结果为轻刺激。特殊化妆品的皮肤刺激试验结果均为无刺激,皮肤光毒性试验、皮肤致敏性试验、鼠伤寒沙门菌/回复突变试验和体外哺乳动物细胞染色体畸变试验均为阴性。结论2017年度四川省疾病预防控制中心受理的绝大部分化妆品具有较好的毒理学安全性。Objective To analyze the results of the toxicology safety evaluation for accepted cosmetics in Sichuan CDC in 2017.Methods All detections were based on the Safty and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition).Results Totally,84.0% of the accepted cosmetics in 2017 were imported products.The mild irritant rate of shampoo,hair conditioner in the dermal irritation and eye irritation tests were 19.1% and 52.4%,respectively.The mild irritant rate of skincare products in the dermal irritation and eye irritation tests were 18.5% and 25.3%,respectively.The mild irritant rate of make-up products in multiple assays of dermal irritation were 10.0%.The detection results of cosmetics for special use were no irritation or negative in the following tests:dermal irritation test,eye irritation test,skin phototoxicity test,skin sensitization test,salmonella typhimurium/reverse mutation assay and in vitro mammalian cells chromosome aberration test.Conclusion Based on the toxicological safety evaluations,almost all accepted cosmetics in 2017 are considered safe.
