摘 要:针对矿山相似模拟实验过程中自动化程度低、精度差等问题,应用摄影测量计算机视觉方法,基于三维散斑影像匹配对相似模型进行位移变化监测及应变分析。在相似模型上布设数字散斑,获取实验各个阶段散斑影像,通过影像序列、立体以对角匹配得到描述开挖前后模型变形的同名点三维坐标,进而由位移变化计算模型应变。通过由全站仪测得的三维点坐标与所给方法得到三维点坐标进行对比验证,结果表明:本文所给方法获得的三维点位与全站仪测得的三维点位最大偏差小于4 mm,满足矿山相似模拟实验要求。Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor accuracy in the process of similar simulation experiments in mines,the photogrammetry computer vision method is used to monitor the displacement changes and strain analysis of similar models based on 3 D speckle image matching.Digital speckles are placed on similar models to obtain speckle images at various stages of the experiment.Through image sequence,stereo and diagonal matching,3 D coordinates of points with the same names describing the deformation of the model before and after the excavation are obtained,and the model strain is calculated from the displacement change.The 3 D point coordinates measured by the total station are compared with the 3 D point coordinates obtained by the given method,the results show that the maximum deviation of the 3 D point position obtained by the 3 D digital speckle matching and the point position measured by the total station is less than 4 mm,which satisfies Mine similar simulation experiment requirements.
