摘 要:采用旋转流变仪测黏度,傅里叶红外光谱仪测试—NCO峰强度随时间变化,考察含能组分含量、固化催化剂种类、固化催化剂含量、细粒度含能组分含量等因素对含能灌封材料适用期的影响及固化催化剂含量对交联反应速率的影响。结果表明:随含能组分含量增加及细粒度含能组分含量降低,体系初始黏度逐渐增加,适用期逐渐变短;TPB(三苯基铋)、TEPB[三(乙氧基苯基)铋]、T12(二丁基锡二月桂酸酯)3种固化催化剂对体系催化效果依次增强,其中w(T12)从0.005%到0.01%时,灌封材料的适用期由4h变为2h,体系交联反应速率明显增加。The viscosity was determined by the rotational rheometer,and the changes of—NCO peak intensity over time was determined by the Fourier infrared spectrometer.The influence of the factors including the energetic component content,curing catalyst type,curing catalyst content and fine-grained energetic component content,etc.on the pot life of the energetic pouring material,and the influence of the curing catalyst content on the crosslinking reaction rate were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the energetic component content and the decrease of the fine-grained energetic component content,the initial viscosity of the system gradually increases,and the pot life gradually shortens.The catalytic effects of three curing catalysts including TPB(triphenylbismuth),TEPB[tri(ethoxyphenyl)bismuth]and T12(dibutyltin dilaurate)on the system enhance successively.When w(T12)increases from 0.005%to 0.01%,the pot life of the pouring material changes from 4 h to 2 h,and the crosslinking reaction rate of the system increases significantly.
