摘 要:近年来,我国早产儿视网膜病变的发生率呈逐年上升趋势。早产儿视网膜病变是导致全球儿童盲的主要疾病之一。因此,早期诊断对该病的预后十分重要。目前,人工智能在医学领域中的应用逐渐取得新的突破,随之也推动了早产儿视网膜病变诊断与治疗方式的改变。人工智能辅助技术与早产儿视网膜病变图像分析相结合,能在保障一定准确性的同时提高此病筛查的效率,降低筛查成本。本文中笔者就人工智能在早产儿视网膜病变研究中基于计算机的图像分析、自动筛查与诊断、病情监测及远程医疗等方面的应用现状进行综述,旨在为早产儿视网膜病变的智能诊断与治疗提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of retinopathy of prematurity is increasing in China.Retinopathy of prematurity is one of the leading causes of blindness for childhood in the worldwide.Thus,the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease are important to reduce its risk.At present,artificial intelligence is gradually making new breakthroughs in the medical field,and the diagnosis and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity has also changed.The combination of artificial intelligence auxiliary technology and image analysis could be able to provide a faster and more accurate diagnosis and treatment for retinopathy of prematurity.The application of artificial intelligence in the study of retinopathy,including computer-based image analysis,automatic screening and diagnosis,disease monitoring and telemedicine were reviewed in this paper,aiming to provide the reference of diagnosis and treatment for retinopathy of prematurity.
