摘  要:为筛选适合山东地区真姬菇高产栽培培养基配方,以棉籽壳、玉米芯、豆秸、麸皮、甜菜渣、大豆皮等为原料研究其不同比例及组合配方对真姬菇栽培的影响。研究表明,高氮素配方对真姬菇的出菇有很好的辅助效果,适宜区域栽培的真姬菇高产配方为:玉米芯30%、棉籽壳20%、豆秸10%、麸皮16%、啤酒糟5%、米糠5%、甜菜渣10%、豆粕2%、贝壳粉2%。通过栽培原料及配方的筛选优化,调整山东地区真姬菇栽培原料使用,为降低真姬菇区域工厂化生产成本提供途径。In order to screen the medium formulation suitable for high-yield cultivation of Hypsizygus marmoreus, the influence of different ratios and combinations of cottonseed husks, corn cob, soybean straw, bran, beet residue, soybean husks and other factors as well as the combined recipes for H. marmoreus cultivation were studied, screening high-yield and stable-yield H. marmoreus formula suitable for industrial cultivation, research shows that high nitrogen formula has a good auxiliary effect on H. marmoreus production, and the high-yield formula of H. marmoreus suitable for local industrial cultivation is corn cob 30%,cottonseed husk 20%, soybean straw 10%, bran 16%, beer grains 5%, rice bran 5%, beet residue 10%, soybean meal 2%, shell powder 2%. Through the selection and optimization of cultivation raw materials and formula, adjust and improve the use of cultivation raw materials of H. marmoreus were adjusted and improved in Shandong region, which provide a way to reduce the regional factory production cost of H. marmoreus.
