摘　　要：北京大学第一医院(Peking University First Hospital,PUFH)与加拿大皇家内科与外科医师学院(Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada,RCPSC)于2012年成立PUFH-RCPSC毕业后医学教育合作中心,开展胜任力导向的住院医师规范化培训。北京大学第一医院于2019年获得RCPSC完全国际机构认证,成为中国目前唯一通过RCPSC国际机构认证的医院。期间,北京大学第一医院通过借鉴RCPSC的胜任力模型以及开展相应的师资培训、项目化管理等,将胜任力导向的理念融入到住院医师规范化培训工作的各个环节,为提升住院医师规范化培训的内涵建设、提高住院医师规范化培训质量进行了有益的探索。Peking University First Hospital(PUFH)and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada(RCPSC) established the"PUFH-RCPSC Post-graduation Medical Education Cooperation Center"in 2012 to carry out competency oriented standardized residency training.PUFH was fully certified by RCPSC for international accreditation of institution in 2019,becoming the first and only hospital in China that has acquired such certification.During this period,PUFH incorporated the concept of competency orientation into all links of resident training by learning from the competency model of RCPSC and carrying out corresponding teacher training and project management,and made a beneficial exploration to improve the connotation construction and quality of standardized residency training.PUFH has made meaningful experiments and practice in the field of resident training and developed its own characteristics.It has also made effort to promote advanced resident training among domestic hospitals,so as to help resident training in China to reach international standard.
