摘 要:目的探索在内科住院医师规范化培训过程中开展分层递进式情景模拟教学的效果与意义。方法培训对象为2019年12月至2021年03月在南通大学附属江阴医院内科的住院医师,培训内容为内科常见危急重症。带教老师根据年级设定不同的分层教学目标和任务,客观评价住院医师情景模拟教学效果、住院医师对教学的认可度。结果分层情景模拟教学后,住院医师第二次接诊评分均高于首次接诊,主要表现在临床处理、思维能力、心理素质、沟通技巧等能力上,教学质量综合问卷调查结果显示,不同年级住院医师对分层情景模拟教学均具有良好认可度。结论分层递进式情景模拟教学方法可显著进阶式提高住院医师学习主动性、临床诊疗规范性、临床决策能力、团队合作、人文素养等,提升了内科住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective To investigate the value of hierarchical progressive and scenario simulation teaching method among internal residents under standardized training. Methods Internal residents in Affiliated Jiangyin Hospital of Nantong University from December 2019 to March 2021, participated in theory study and training of emergency and severe cases in internal medicine. Teachers set different teaching objectives and tasks according to different grades,evaluated the effect and internal residents’ acceptability of this teaching method. Results After training, the scores of students’ clinical operation, thinking ability, psychological quality, communication skills were significantly improved.The questionnaire survey showed that students of different grades had good recognition of this teaching method.Conclusion The hierarchical progressive and scenario simulation teaching method can improve the learning initiative,operation normative, teamwork and clinical reasoning, increase the ability of emergency severe symptom treatment and strengthen the comprehensive quality of young internal residents.
