泌尿外科模块化思想政治教育方式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究模块化思想政治教育方式在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法选取2015年9月至2017年7月及2017年9月至2019年7月在吉林大学第一医院泌尿外二科进行住培时间为3个月的住院医师作为对照组和观察组,分别有住院医师22人及24人纳入本研究。观察组的临床带教应用模块化方式对住院医师进行思想政治教育,对照组按照传统方式进行思想政治教育。在培训结束后,用问卷调查的方法对参与培训的住院医师进行教学反馈评估。结果问卷调查结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组住院医师对于思想政治教育的总体满意度(91.7%比81.8%),在有效性[(8.71±1.40)分比(6.92±1.52)分]、实用性[(9.21±1.02)分比(7.63±0.98)分]、通俗性[(9.07±1.32)分比(6.79±0.83)分]方面的评分均显著增高(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科住培中应用模块化思想政治教育方式学习效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the role of modular ideological and political education in standardized residency training.Methods Twenty-two and twenty-four residents were enrolled into the control group and the case group,who received a 3-month standardized residency training from September 2015 to July 2017 and from September 2017 to July 2019 in the Urology Department of the First Hospital of Jilin University.Modular and conventional ideological and political educations were carried out in residents of case group and control group,respectively.Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the teaching feedback of enrolled residents.Results Compared with residents of control group,residents of case group gave a better evaluation of overall satisfaction(91.7%vs 81.8%),availability[(8.71±1.40)points vs(6.92±1.52)points],practicability[(9.21±1.02)points vs(7.63±0.98)points]and popularity[(9.07±1.32)points vs(6.79±0.83)points]with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular ideological and political education is ponderable in the quality promotion of standardized residency training in the urology department.
