摘　　要：综述国内外脑卒中相关睡眠障碍(stroke-related sleep disorders,SSD)的非药物干预(non-pharmacological intervention)研究进展,指出目前主要的干预措施有心理和行为治疗、补充和替代治疗。目前非药物干预是SSD最重要的干预手段,旨在为临床医务人员有效管理脑卒中病人的身心康复提供理论依据,为个性化照护SSD病人提供参考。It reviewed the research progress of non-pharmacological intervention for stroke-related sleep disorders(SSD)in China and abroad.It is pointed out that the current intervention measures mainly include psychological and behavioral therapy,complementary and alternative therapy.It states that non-pharmacological intervention is currently the most important intervention method for SSD,which aims to provide a theoretical basis for clinical medical staff to effectively manage the physical and mental rehabilitation of stroke patients,and provide a reference for personalized care of SSD patients.
