摘　　要：糖尿病和抑郁症已成为世界范围内的公共卫生负担。现从流行病学概况、发病机制、负面影响以及护理干预等方面综述糖尿病与抑郁症共病的研究进展,旨在为糖尿病与抑郁症共病病人的疾病管理和临床干预提供依据。Diabetes mellitus and depression have become the public health burden worldwide.This article reviews the research progress of comorbidity of diabetes mellitus and depression from the epidemiology,pathogenesis,negative effects and nursing intervention,aiming to provide basis for disease management and clinical intervention in patients with comorbidity of diabetes mellitus and depression.
