多学科交叉融合人才培养的研究热点分析

摘　　要：建设学习型社会,培养融合型人才是党和国家当前的重要任务。综合应用VOSviewer、Bibexcel、Ucinet等可视化分析软件和文献计量学方法,分别对研究机构、作者共现、研究主题以及关键词共现进行分析,借助知识图谱方法,揭示我国近年来多学科交叉融合人才培养的研究热点与前沿趋势。研究发现,多学科交叉融合人才培养研究领域的作者合作主要以同一机构内部的同事、师生为主,跨机构合作交流还有待加强;核心研究机构的区域分布比较集中,主要分布于长江经济带,包括安徽、四川、浙江、广东、湖南等省;研究内容的丰富度不够,未来有待进一步探究。这些研究结果对于促进学科交叉融合,优化高校融合型人才培养方案具有一定的指导意义。It is an important task for the party and the country to build a learning-oriented society and train integrated talents.By using visual analysis software such as VOSviewer,Bibexcel and Ucinet and literature metrology methods,this paper analyzes the research institutions,authors’co-occurrence,research topics and keywords co-occurrence,respectively.It also reveals the research hot spots and frontier trends of multidisciplinary talents cultivation in China in recent years by means of knowledge graph.The results show that the author cooperation in the field of multidisciplinary interdisciplinary talent cultivation is mainly composed of colleagues,teachers and students within the same institution,and the cross-institution cooperation and exchange need to be strengthened.The regional distribution of core research institutions is also concentrated,mainly distributed in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,including Anhui,Sichuan,Zhejiang,Guangdong and Hunan provinces.The richness of the research content is not enough,and it needs to be further explored in the future.These research results have certain guiding significance for promoting the interdisciplinary integration and optimizing the training program of integrated talents in colleges and universities.
