摘　　要：吉西他滨由于其脂溶性较高,易于渗入肿瘤细胞内,在肿瘤细胞内能快速达到最大有效药物浓度而发挥较强的抗肿瘤作用,因此临床上把吉西他滨作为多种肿瘤治疗的基础用药。吉西他滨在膀胱癌的治疗中也有广泛的应用,如何应对膀胱癌对吉西他滨的耐药、发挥吉西他滨最大抗肿瘤效应、降低吉西他滨的毒性等都是临床治疗中尚未解决的难题,为了未来能在解决这些临床难题的研究思路上提供一些参考性建议,本文结合国内外文献对吉西他滨应用于膀胱癌治疗的进展、毒副作用、发生耐药机制及给药途径等方面的研究作一综述。Gemcitabine has a high lipid solubility and is easy to penetrate into tumor cells,which can quickly reach the maximum effective drug concentration in tumor cells and play stronger anti-tumor effects.Therefore,gemcitabine is used as the basic drug for a variety of tumor therapies in clinical practice.Gemcitabine has wide application in treatment of bladder cancer,but,how to deal with bladder cancer drug resistance of gemcitabine,maximize gemcitabine antitumor effect and reduce the toxicity of gemcitabine is unresolved difficulties in the clinical treatment,in orter to solve these problems to provide some referential suggestions for clinical treatment,this article,based on the literature at home and abroad,reviews the research progress on gemcitabine in treatment of bladder cancer,toxic and side effects,resistant mechanism and medication way.
