摘　　要：目的评估透明牙颈部成形片修复楔状缺损的效果。方法选取2019年2—12月于郑州市口腔医院就诊的楔状缺损患者53例(共68对上前磨牙)作为研究对象。采用自身对照的方法分为观察组与对照组,观察组接受透明牙颈部成形片修复,对照组接受普通树脂充填器修复。记录两组的充填时间和塑形能力。随访1 a,记录患牙的充填效果。结果观察组充填时间[(68.75±3.17)s]短于对照组[(80.34±2.86)s](P<0.05)。观察组患牙楔状缺损的平均深度[(2.37±0.22)mm]与对照组[(2.38±0.23)mm]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组塑形有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1 a后,观察组成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明牙颈部成形片修复楔状缺损效率高、效果更加稳定。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transparent cervical matrices in repairing wedge-shaped defect.Methods A total of 68 pairs of upper premolars were selected from 53 patients with wedge-shaped defect treated in Zhengzhou Stomatological Hospital from February to December 2019.The self-control method was used to divide into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with transparent cervical matrices,and the control group was treated with ordinary resin filler to repair wedge-shaped defect.The filling time and shaping ability of the two groups were recorded.After 1 year of follow-up,the filling effect of the affected teeth was recorded.Results The filling time in the observation group[(68.75±3.17)s]was shorter than that in the control group[(80.34±2.86)s](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average depth of wedge-shaped defect between the observation group[(2.37±0.22)mm]and the control group[(2.38±0.23)mm](P>0.05).The effective rate of shaping in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one year of follow-up,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transparent cervical matrices is more effective and stable in repairing wedge-shaped defect.
